How do I know which strip is the top and bottom?
The longest strip should be used on the top of your teeth, but it doesn't really matter which way you use them.
Can I use these overnight?
No, you should only leave these on for 30 minutes per day.
When should I start to see results?
You may notice results after just a few uses, but if you use consistently for 14 days then you should see a difference by the end of the course. Our consumer trial found that users had a 2.6 shade difference in their teeth after 2 weeks. Your results will depend on the level of stains on your teeth to begin with.
Will this cause sensitivity to my teeth?
No, you shouldn't experience any sensitivity using these strips as they are peroxide free, however if you do, please remove the strip and discontinue use.
Can I use this for 2 weeks and then carry on after the course? Or is a break needed?
We would recommend a break and to use our whitening toothpastes and polish on a regular basis to keep stains at bay.
Suitable to use during pregnancy/breastfeeding?
We wouldn't recommend using our teeth whitening strips during this time.
What age are these suitable to use from?
These strips are for adult use only and shouldn't be used by anyone under the age of 16 or with non-adult teeth.
I have white dots on my teeth, why?
Sometimes this can happen during the whitening process, please rest assured that these will fade in a day or so.
Is there any kind of teeth type who should avoid using this?
Our products are not for use on veneers or crowns, and they must only be used on adult teeth.
How long do the results last?
Results will depend on your daily habits. Those who drink a lot of tea and coffee or who smoke, may notice stains on the teeth reoccurring sooner than those who don't. We recommend using our daily toothpastes and polish to keep stains at bay.
What type of stains should this remove?
Extrinsic stains on the outer layer of the teeth caused by dark food or liquids that can create tannins for example: tea, coffee and red wine, as well as smoking and general ageing.
Charcoal Paste
Will this stain my teeth black?
No, it will help remove stains on your teeth by polishing them away. Make sure you thoroughly rinse out your mouth with water after use and follow with a normal toothpaste.
Are there any risks to your teeth when using this?
No, it is a gentle abrasive that polishes away stains on the teeth and should be used on a toothbrush. You shouldn't notice any sensitivity but please discontinue use if you do.
Should I use this instead of my normal toothpaste or use both?
This is not a substitute for your regular toothpaste as it doesn't include fluoride which is recommended for oral care. Use this polish before your regular fluoride containing toothpaste, twice daily, for best results.
How long should I brush my teeth for using this?
Brush your teeth for 1-2 minutes using this polish.
How often should I be using this?
It is safe for daily use, we recommend using before your regular toothpaste daily for best results.
Can this be used on braces or will it stain them?
It shouldn't stain your braces, but may be harder to rinse completely out, if you have braces.We recommend waiting until you have had your braces removed to use this and using our fluoride whitening toothpastes only.
What does it taste like?
It tastes minty and will leave your breath fresh.
Can I use this when pregnant/breastfeeding?
We do not recommend this product for those who are pregnant or breastfeeding.
Can I use this alongside the other products in the range or would it cause problems?
Yes, you can use this alongside all other products in the range.
What are the benefits of using this?
It will gently polish away extrinsic stains on the teeth to leave your teeth looking whiter and shinier.
Would this be abrasive to my teeth?
It has abrasive ingredients which polish away the stains, but they are very gentle so shouldn't cause any irritation or sensitivity or damage the enamel.

Whitening Toothpastes
Can I use this as a replacement to my normal toothpaste?
Yes, as they contain fluoride so are suitable for daily oral care as well as having the added benefit of whitening your teeth.
How old should I be to use this?
All of our products should ideally be used by adults only, over 16 years old and with adult teeth.
Are the flavours natural or artificial?
Flavourings are artificial.
How long should one tube last?
If used daily, these toothpastes should last around 2 months.
Will it make my teeth sensitive?
No, they shouldn't cause any irritation or sensitivity as they don't contain peroxide. Our sensitive formula has been specially formulated for those with very sensitive teeth.
Are they vegan/ cruelty free?
All of our products are vegan and cruelty free, although we are still finalising our certifications.

Can I use this on braces?
Yes, you can use these while wearing braces. We would recommend the sensitive whitening toothpaste, as this is a completely white coloured product, for example, our pink toothpaste product may be less easy to rinse away when wearing braces.
Can the toothpaste work alongside the strips?
Yes, you can use this toothpaste twice daily in replacement of your normal fluoride toothpaste, while also using the teeth whitening strips.
